Fact of the week
The Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer may be smaller than the Insignia Sports Tourer, but its maximum luggage capacity of 1,550 litres is 20 litres greater than the maximum available in the Insignia.
The maximum load volume is also equal to the previous Astra estate, which in that case was aided by the car's stretched wheelbase over the Astra hatchback.
